Resistance Type
The CR2 Cross Rower has a magnetic resistance rower with 18 levels of adjustable resistance. Its a unique feature as its resistance is controlled by moving a magnet closer or farther away from a spinning metal flywheel. The closer the magnet is to the flywheel, the stronger the resistance. The further the magnet is away from the flywheel, the easier the resistance.
Unlike air rowers, where the resistance is controlled by how fast or slow you row, all you have to do is spin a dial on the handle of the Cross Rower to control its resistance.

Bi-directional Resistance
Bi-directional resistance is a unique feature of Inspire CR2 Cross Rower as its resistance is on both the pulling and pushing motion of the row. This is extremely different than traditional rowing machines where there is only resistance on the pull and then active recovery on the push/return.

A major benefit of having the bi-directional resistance is the activation of more muscles (especially the chest and triceps), which translates into a harder workout and more calories burned that saves you a ton of time by cutting down workout minutes!

Since there is no back support on the seat, you have to push forward and engage your core which gives you some killer abs after a while! To change the resistance, all you have to do is rotate the dial on the handle and you immediately feel the change. The adjustment dial on the handle makes it super easy to change resistance while you are working out!

Monitor/Control Panel

The Inspire Fitness CR2 Cross Rower comes equipped with a monitor that tracks the following data:

The monitor operates using 2AA batteries that come with the unit. It has buttons for 2:00, 5:00, and 10:00 minute workouts. Simply push the button and a timer will count down from the selected workout. There is also a “mode” button which allows a user to set their own limits for time, calories, and distance.

Dimensions

The Cross Rower has an assembled dimensions of 70x 32 x 43 inches (L x W x H). It also weighs 183 lb and comes with wheels so you can move it easily for storage.

What do I expect upon arrival?
All fitness equipment are in their original box and unopened. Once they are delivered to your home, at least 3 to 4 persons will be needed to unload the item (especially for the NordicTrack treadmills). For some other machines 2-3 persons will do. If you need extra assistance, it is in your discretion to discuss directly with the driver and the helper.

What if there is a defect with my purchase?
Please note that the equipment are in their original boxes and have not been opened or tested. These boxes have traveled from their overseas factory to our warehouses – and finally to your home. This means some components may have shifted, etc. Should you encounter issues with your purchase, we would be glad to fix them once travel restrictions are lifted. At this time we may not be able to handle repairs and replacements. We do not allow the equipment to be sent back as well – as we cannot guarantee they will be received back in good condition and thus will be deemed as ‘Not Received.’

Will you be able to install or assemble my purchase?
To minimize unnecessary contact, we won’t be offering our in-home assembly and installation service.

What about product warranties?
Please refer to the listing on our website for details of warranties per product.

What if I change my mind about my purchase?
If the item has been delivered (or has left our facility), the cost of sending it back will be due to the customer. Provided the box is unopened or the product is unused, we will issue a refund (less 6% for online transaction fee). If the item has not yet been delivered and has not yet left our facility, only the online transaction fee of 6% will be deducted from the refund.

7. Damages occurred during shipment (claims must be presented to shipper).
8. Home service fee, repair service fee, and travel expenses for field service.
9. Removal and installation charges are not covered.
